Mother Nature is slow to wake, the world is shifting again and our energy is challenged to keep up. I’m finding my need to practice more often & coming back to familiar flows, deeper into the limbs of yoga, is stronger than it’s been in a long while. If practice is calling you then join us.
We are gathering in person and online with hybrid classes available for Yin & Yoga Nidra (Hatha is virtual) and Hot Stone Restorative Bliss sessions are back with private options through the spring. The flexibility of hybrid means when you’re running late or tired or you are just wanting to stay in, you can practice with us live from home. When you need come & bask in the energy of in person community you can settle in the warmth of the studio, with people and props and music.
