Yin Yoga – Thursdays 6:30pm


Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for time (4-8 min). Practiced in a gently warmed room to encourage release and relaxation. In this class, students are invited to take a mindful and exploratory approach to finding the depth of practice their body needs to open tight spaces, improve mobility & flexibility, unwind the energy & relax the spirit.

Pre-registration is offered monthly in 4 week sessions via Livestream or as a 1 class Livestream drop in.

In studio sessions are subject to available space & Provincial restrictions during COVID.

November Session:  4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
December Session: 2nd, 9th, 16th,  no class 23rd or 30th.
– December is pro-rated to 3 classes or you can included our Manifesting Midwinter Magick class (Dec 21)
January Session:  6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
