In Person Practice: According to Provincial Requirements all students wishing to attend in person classes must have proof of double vaccination.  Space is limited to ensure required distancing.  More information is available for those wishing to attend – please email Tanya to indicated your interest 

Pre-registration for each 4 week monthly session is open 1 full month in advance.   Drop ins are available weekly via live stream. Registration for Drops ins closes 1 hour before each class. 


   

 


 Regular Classes – 4 week monthly sessions

Regular virtual classes & In Person spaces are pre-registered for 4 week sessions beginning the first week of each calendar month. 4 week sessions include access to our ON Demand library for your class so you can practice as often as you like or need.  Miss a class?  The full practice will be online within 48 hours.   If you’re looking for an occasional class drop ins are also available.   Click on each class for description, dates & details.

 

 Memberships

Auto renew memberships provide the freedom of never having to remember to register and pay for your regular weekly classes. When bundling more than 1 class you save, as the cost per class drops.   If you choose payment by credit card your card will be automatically processed at the beginning of each calendar month.  Other methods of payment receive a monthly reminder email.

All memberships include ongoing access to our ON Demand library of classes so you can practice as often as you like or need.  Miss a class?  The full practice will be online within 48 hours.   All class libraries include our full Mindful Sit archive for when you need a few minutes of peace.  Click on each class for description, dates & details.
