How it works: 

♥  Choose either a single class (60 – 120 min) or up to a 2-4 week 60-75 min series

♥  Choose a style of class:

♦ Choose from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative or a blended class. Suggest a theme and we can add affirmations, journaling, or even a practice deepening style workshop or training.

♥  You organize how many people and who will attend (min 3)

♥  Class can be Virtual (Zoom) or  in person (As of September 2021 we can host 4 in studio – subject to provincial regulations & change without notice).

♥ Turn it into an online social or online party before or after your class.
